During the year the Syrian army and its allies have achieved undeniable success. So, over the years managed to liberate the territory, which area is 50 thousand square kilometers, or one third of the total area of Syria five times larger than the area of Lebanon. However, crucial among these achievements, no doubt, is the liberation of the Eastern part of Aleppo, which put an end to Western policies aimed at the destruction of the Syrian state, its army and the overthrow of President Assad. At the same time, this success has paved the way to the end of the war and the beginning of the formation of the pillars of the state under the new "roof". Since then, the struggle against the project of controlled chaos, whose goal was the overthrow of the regime and control of the state. In the "center" of the war waged by Syria and its allies, the desire to push the Americans from the Syrian-Iraqi border and prevent the implementation of the project, which aims to open doors to the "Islamic state" (banned in Russia — approx. ed.), allowing him to escape from Raqqa in the Syrian desert.

Deir ez-Zor attracts attention as an area which is adjacent to the district in the North-East of the Euphrates, in which the Americans conduct their operations, and where it is assumed the establishment of an independent Kurdish education. It is of great importance because it can help to liberate Aleppo. Aleppo is situated to the South-West of Euphrates, that is, outside the zone of operations of the U.S. military and its allies, as well as outside of those boundaries, which Kurdish leaders declared the borders of their future "home". Thus, the liberation of Aleppo, despite various successes, it remains a "painful injury" for Americans, however, this problem can be solved provided that the American plan would focus on the establishment of comprehensive monitoring in the North-East of the Euphrates and the implementation of Kurdish political project. Against this background, the progress of the Syrian army to Deir-ez-Zor is a threat to the above mentioned projects.

United States are betting on the fact that the Syrian army will be extremely difficult to achieve this goal. If she is defeated, the presence of "Islamic state" in Palmira and al-Badia area of several thousand square kilometres as well as in villages near Hama and HOMS will be a source of bloodshed. It was expected that the Syrian army and its allies reached Deir-ez-Zor, withdrew from the siege with their forces and reunited with them, will take at least three years, during which the Americans and the Kurds will be able to do away with the "Islamic state" in raqqa, Deir ezzor and al-Hasaka, and talk about the Federal structure will become a reality. Federalism is a cover for the Americans who want to establish a Kurdish government, which can be controlled, so the Americans publicly announced 2020 as the date for reaching a political settlement in Syria.

What made the Syrian army over the past ten months more like a military "miracle" and defeat "the Islamic state" the face of the Syrian military on its way to Deir-ez-Zor, means domination in this region.
