- In areas where You catch, describe today the state of the environment and the resource base – which departed, arrived?
Our fishing area is the Gulf of Patience of the East-Sakhalin subzone. I since 1996, work at the plant, change the water in the Bay is very large. - Do you feel the climatic changes, global warming? Whether this climatic factor?

- And what scientists say, what predictions does the science?
- Science looks, of course, but we have a scientific staff mainly 3-4 years worked in and out, this is not enough time for evaluation for analysis of long-term cycles.
- And You as a Manager how usually plan their production for 3-5 years?
- Relative resource here for at least six months to navigate. At the end of the year every time science gives the volume a year, in fact we have a confirmed annual resource planning.
- Which fleet You have today in the economy?
- Our facility is located 9 units of light-duty fleet (like MPC-150, MPC-225), which was released on the Annunciation shipyard, they are relatively fresh, they have 8-10 years of experience. If we compare, in 2013 we built the boat. Lease it cost us 36 million. And today the same is worth 100 million roubles, such money it cost should not, of course. We also have one offshore and one coastal tug.
- Tell the story of Your business?
- Our enterprise collective farm "Druzhba" was organized from 7 small scale in 1959 year. To this day, we have those members who have worked more than 3 years, they can become members of the farm, are doing their share, work and benefit. Today we have 210 founders, the ownership of the collective farm, agricultural cooperative. Since 1959, 7 cooperatives were United in one farm, have fished, have purchased a small fleet, built garages, a network of dressmaking, began to develop the infrastructure. Today we are a socially important enterprise, help the district. Most importantly we have a local population of 320 people constantly and still to this Putin recruited seasonal from 100 to 200. It's all coastal fisheries.
- Your opinion concerning the normative legal base what are the problems faced?
For the last 2 years as legislation came in, what vessels are required to go on delivery to shore. After unloading already filled the magazine and is processing. All the fish goes through the Bank. The border guards have a job to do. One problem we had in respect to Instruction No. 5 on delivery of fish to shore, the coefficients in which have been prescribed from the Soviet era in 1992. - Your position in relation to the "historical principle" allocation of resource?
- Work continuously with the Soviet era to 1959, a vivid example of the historical principle in full. I would like the same attitude from the state in terms of resources. For the planning of the economy this factor is extremely important in it for us and the planning of economic activities and employment, development, upgrade fleet and settlement infrastructure. In the case of small enterprises in the fisheries throughout the world there priority is the principle of tradition. Fishing is what did all of our generation in our area. The history of Russia is evolved from such small small coastal farms. It is then the industry saw a major fishery.
- Feel the impact of digitalization?
- Almost no. Electronic field journal we can't use. We have the court do not cross the 12 mile zone, SSD is not served. For pribrezhki is not necessary.
