The Russian military presented radar the day of the catastrophe in Donbass "Boeing"

At the briefing of the Ministry of defence spoke about the disaster Malaysian "Boeing" near Donetsk in July 2014. Complex "Utes-T" includes two radars. The primary is a sensitive scanner airspace. It sends out an electromagnetic pulse and receives the reflected signal from all objects in the sky. The secondary radar receives a radio signal from the transmitter of the aircraft. In this signal, all the information about the plane. On the monitor, the Manager sees data from both radars. The data of the primary radar is green, secondary is yellow. Also on the screen indicates the trajectory of the flight.

"No third-party aerial objects in the vicinity of the Malaysian aircraft radar are not recorded. With the exception of two civilian ships with numbers 1775, the trajectory of his shows and 4722 with the path of motion. The first ship crossed paths with Malaysian plane before crash. A second ship is currently at a distance of over 30 kilometers away," says Victor Mescheryakov.

Primary radar complex "Utes" was recorded and location of Russian UAV "Orlan". He was in the Russian air space and flew along the border. The length of the drone is two meters. The device is made of composite materials, which greatly complicates its detection by the radar.

One of the main versions, "Boeing" was shot down by a missile complex "Buk". The length of this missile is five meters, it is metal. If the radar could determine the location of the UAV, that missile, he would have discovered without difficulty, the experts said.

"We can confidently say that in the period preceding the collapse of the "Boeing", the approximation of any air access from the Eastern side, including from the village of Snow, not detected. I emphasize that if Malaysian "Boeing" was hit by a missile fired from any district located on the East point of the disaster, it would have been detected by primary radar," said the chief of Radio engineering troops of Air and space forces of the Russian Federation Andrey Coban.

The Snowy town, which is East of the crash site of the liner, was under the control of militias. In the West, argue that there was the rocket fired. Data from the radar refute this thesis. After careful review of all data and conducted a unique experiment, Russian experts have established that a rocket started from the village of zaroshchens'ke. It was there that day and was the Ukrainian military. Zaroshchens'ke is just to the West of the site of the crash.

"It should be noted that the technical capabilities of the Russian means of objective control does not allow to conclude whether produced missile launch from the territory located to the South or West of the point of catastrophe. To clear this situation could have satellite images confirming the missile launch, the existence of which claimed American and Ukrainian sides. If this information is someone somewhere at some time shown, then the question arises, why is it not published," continues Andrew Coban.

As experts explain, the Western part from the place of the crash could not be in the area of observation. In addition, the radar is the so-called time information updates is 10 seconds. The speed of a rocket and a half times the speed of sound, i.e. the speed of propagation of the signal. This means that in the surveillance area of the radar missile was microseconds.

"Rockets are small. If it is closer to the radar, i.e. we assume that the launch came from the Eastern direction, the radar would, according to its characteristics, this rocket noticed. The question is why its not noticed at all, we can say that the missile was launched from the opposite direction" - analyzes the Deputy chief editor of the magazine "Arsenal of the Fatherland" Dmitry Drozdenko.

Even more important are the data from the radar installed on the territory of Ukraine. That is what Boeing and led controllers. But Kiev classify this information. As well as the negotiations of pilots with dispatchers and air defense. As stated by the representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia, Kiev behaves exactly the same as in 2001 when Ukraine shot down a Russian Tu-154. Killed 78 people.

"Kiev, despite the irrefutable evidence proving the involvement of the Ukrainian military in the crash of Tu-154, refused to take any responsibility to the family. Likewise today, being a member of a joint investigation team, Ukraine openly evading the provision of data and manipulating the course of the investigation, which is on the wrong track: from contradictory data about the striking elements to the definition of the type of missile, and, as a consequence, the place of its launch, which today was clearly refuted the information of the primary radar," - said the official representative of the Ministry of defense Igor Konashenkov.

The submitted data will be handed over to the Dutch. Now the public Prosecutor's office conducts its own investigation, the results may announce in the near future. Moscow hopes that the investigators will take into account new data and their findings do not contradict established facts.
