In accordance with the rating of the state sovereignty of G-20 countries according to 12 indicators, prepared in 2013, the place between the 18 States included in the ranking, were as follows: China, Russia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, South Africa, South Korea, Argentina, Turkey, Mexico, France, UK, Italy, Australia, Germany, Canada. Despite the fact that geodemographic factors (size, quantity and quality of the population) is an integrative indicator of the level and extent of ensuring the sovereignty of countries in the world, in the ranking of the G-20 countries, he is represented by only one measure, and "national sovereignty" of the total number 12: legal, military, the debt, energy, economic, cultural, religious, informational, cultural, sovereignty, foreign policy, health system, education system.
However, estimates of domestic and foreign experts and, in particular, the results of the research promotion Fund of public diplomacy, held in 2017, the level and extent of relative state sovereignty ahead were: Israel, Switzerland, Vatican city, people's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, democratic people's Republic, Russia and a number of small countries in the world that do not play a significant geopolitical role in the world. On the way of strengthening sovereignty are Vietnam, the Philippines, Venezuela, Pakistan, Syria, Belarus, Armenia, etc.
China and Israel, as representatives of, respectively, the Confucian and Judeo-Christian civilizations, has achieved the greatest results in the way of ensuring the sovereignty of their countries. As a result, Israel continues to play the title role in world Affairs, to influence the activities of the world's leading countries and international organizations, defines the contours of the present and future world order. It is interesting that according to the political-legal instruments of Israel, the welfare of the Jewish people is a fundamental value of the state and society, a key factor in ensuring the sovereignty, territorial integrity and national security of the country. Currently in the press discussed the question of building a "New Jerusalem" in the South-Eastern territories of modern Ukraine, particularly the Dnieper, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson regions.

They are the core of "soft power", widely used in subversive activities against unwanted States and rulers.
Geohistorical background of the undermining of Russian sovereignty

Meanwhile, at present, quantitative and qualitative indicators main demographic resources of the country, for centuries, survival and self-preservation of the state and society, consolidation of citizens of different nationalities and faiths, the mobilisation on the decision of strategic tasks of further development, is rapidly deteriorating. In modern Russia, by analogy with other leading Western countries, the analysis of the nature and content of state sovereignty virtually did not take into account the geodemographic factor. This demographic perspectives of the state and, above all, startnewmessage superethnos level one - and the heterogeneity of the population; the state of the climatic environment, including the resource base, and just etnomassage landscape. Meanwhile, geography, history and demographics of the state are the basic sources of sovereignty, territorial integrity and national security of the country. Currently geodemographic factor remains a fundamental condition of survival, self-preservation, and retention of Russian statehood.
In addition, to strengthen state sovereignty, special attention is paid to the specific mechanisms and instruments of government and society. These include, above all, include: organizational and conceptual, cultural, informational, financial-economic, military, political, legal, and diplomatic institutions. - The development of self-sufficient and mobilization of the economy, nationalization of the financial and banking sector, the shift in foreign relations with other countries, to payments in national currencies, the adoption of measures for the modernization of the country, a breakthrough into a new technological way, contributing to the revival of domestic business.
- The assertion of the primacy of justice and law in the political, social and ethnic relations among citizens, the elimination of political, socio-economic, cultural and other preferences to certain subjects of the Federation. Termination of promotion of mass migration to Russia, giving priority to the indigenous population of the country when applying for a job, combating ethnic crime.
- The consolidation of power structures, taking under state and public control of paramilitary and security structures in certain republics, major commercial companies, the elimination of power structures of national diasporas. Recovery geodemographic immunity of the Russian civilization requires a comprehensive and systematic analysis taking into account the knowledge and methodologies of other sectors of life, at the intersection of scientific research. The fact that the deep challenge of our time consists in the fusion of Humanities and natural Sciences, global challenges and threats require a comprehensive study of the situation in the sphere of ensuring national sovereignty.
The holding of a sovereign examination is a purposeful activity of the Executive, legislative and judicial branches of government to ensure the country's sovereignty. As the main purpose of this work is to prevent the contents of normative-legal acts such norms which infringe upon, violate or undermine the sovereignty of the country in various spheres of the state and society. The examination of regulatory legal acts and their projects, implement sovereign policy need to involve civil society institutions and the population.
Overall, sovereign examination involves not only the monitoring of internal and external conditions of development of the state, identifying strengths and weaknesses, to ensure the independence of the country, the maintenance of the register of modern challenges and threats inventory and examination of the constitutional foundations and legal framework of the state, the timely introduction of changes and additions in them. Another important subject and the object of constant research and analysis remains the geodemographic nature of modern Russian civilization, the profound changes and developments, leading to erosion and undermining of traditional origins and began population, climatic environment and atacora landscapes.
