In recent decades, natural anomalies, climate change and fluctuation of temperatures have become constant companions of life. Despite the middle of April, in the European part of Russia kept freezing, unprecedented flooding had covered large territories of our country. Natural disasters cause significant damage to the population and the state, adversely affect the development of the economy, are forced to significantly adjust development plans.
The increase in climatic disasters is not a random phenomenon. It is estimated that currently occurs another change of the global historical metric cycle, so humanity is faced with dramatic geophysical changes on planet Earth.
According to experts, climate and natural disasters will lead to changes in the geographic configuration of individual countries, improvements in the condition of habitats and landscapes ethnokarta. Commonplace will be inundation of large areas, increasing the area of sea waters, erosion of soil, growth of deserts. The changing conditions of the environment, in particular the length of daylight, precipitation, state etnomassage landscape, etc. will be actively influencing the biochemical metabolism, the formation of the mentality of people.
The fact is that specific landscapes and natural biosphere factors play a crucial role in the formation of ethnic traditions, including cultural and ideological foundations, forms of hostel management, security. Climatic environment determines not only the specific external features of the person, but to a certain extent the hierarchy of values of the individual and collective, national and geopolitical interests of the territorial education, the priorities of national security in General. Projected global climatic changes most directly affect the development of the public phenomena and events in some regions of the world, in General, the international situation and world politics.
For the last 800 years have marked the rapid rise of temperature on Earth. In the past thirty years has dramatically increased evaporation of the oceans, which is particularly detrimental effect on the world climate. It is predicted that in comparison with 1990 levels by 2100-th temperature increase will be from 1.7 to 4.4 degrees. In the foreseeable future in a vulnerable position will be a coastal country, whose territory is immediately adjacent to the Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic oceans. The speed of global warming will increase. According to the intergovernmental panel on climate change, due to the active melting of glaciers of Antarctica and Greenland, sea levels could rise by 60 centimeters, which will lead to flooding of some island Nations and coastal cities.
By estimations of representatives of the international scientific community, particularly experts of International Alert, caused by climate change, erosion, rising sea level, melting of glaciers and increased storms and hurricanes will lead to social cataclysms and outbreaks of armed conflict in much of Asia, Africa and Latin America. Climate calculations predict a significant increase in mortality from heat waves, water scarcity, food and medicine. Natural devastating fires and giant waves will make it impossible to continue to stay in the cities and cause mass migrations.
As experts say, by 2100 almost all of planet Earth will be in the power of the water element. The adverse effects of climate disasters in many ways reminiscent of biblical predictions of the Apocalypse. Evidence that the current geological forecasts are not unfounded, are not only already taken place global cataclysms in the long history of the evolution of the earth civilization, but also a marked increase in the number of natural disasters in recent times.
According to the British charity organization "Oxfam" (OXFAM), over the past 20 years the number of annual natural disasters of certain types has increased four times. So, if in the early 80-ies of the last century the number of catastrophes and natural disasters worldwide was $ 120 a year, currently there are about 500 annually. In Russia only over the last 20 years the number of natural disasters increased by 30%. According to forecasts, until 2015, their number will increase twice.
An example of how drastically the climate is changing today, are permanent natural disasters in Europe. In particular, the British Islands annually to experience severe weather shocks. Over the last decades here were more likely to occur hurricanes, storms, floods and floods. More often in the winter rains, it snows. Geologic projections of the country also remain disappointing.
The river floods during heavy rainfall and other disasters are not exempt from other European countries. Disasters not only lead to the destruction of homes and buildings, but also to the destruction of crops. The South of Europe increasingly suffers from droughts that lead to fires. As a result of such disasters is increasing air pollution, there are different kinds of diseases and epidemics, increased mortality among the elderly population, worsen problems with food and water.
According to the UN, in recent years food prices increased by almost 40%. Particularly strong prices rose for wheat (50-80%), oilseeds (about 40%) and dairy products (80-200%). According to experts of FAO, it was possible not only due to the overall reduction of food stocks, growth of demand for food products used as raw material for fuel, but also a slew of natural disasters and anomalies, including increased droughts and floods. Thus, in our eyes, the issue of food security becomes one of the most acute problems of our time.
Another equally important international topic, which is closely connected with the problems of climatic challenges, it is the situation with fresh water. According to the UN, one third of the Earth's population faces water shortages.
In the modern world climatic anomaly increasingly destabilize the situation and make significant adjustments in everyday life of States and peoples of the world. The situation is complicated by the growing influence of anthropogenic factors on the environment. Many scientists attribute this, first of all, a noticeable warming of the climate on Earth. With global climatic changes, scientists attribute the buildup of conflict in the world, primarily because of access to natural resources. Thus, in particular, it is predicted that global warming would improve energy access, which are rich in the Arctic. In the conditions of growing shortage of global resources is already today among the leading countries of the world start to escalate the fight over the Arctic.
According to studies, the planet greatest resistance to natural disasters and anomalies will continue to save the continent of Eurasia, first and foremost, the modern territory of the Russian Federation. Compared with other countries Russia to a lesser extent will suffer from the disastrous effects of natural changes on Earth. It is expected that the overall warming of the climate will contribute to the regeneration of natural climatic habitat, increase diversity of fauna and flora in certain regions of Russia. Global changes have a beneficial effect on the soil fertility of the Urals and Siberia. However, these factors will not last long, and then the positive effect of global warming will come to naught. Thus the territory of Russia is unlikely to avoid large and small floods, growth in steppe zones and semi-deserts.
According to many scientists, of particular importance to all life on the Eurasian continent will have a displacement of the energy center of the Sun on the "Big physiographic zone" from the Carpathians to the Urals. Geographically it coincides with the lands of "historical Russia", which considered the territory of modern Belarus and Ukraine, the European part of Russia. Such phenomena of cosmic origin point mean concentration of solar and other energy on the fauna and flora of the "Big physiographic zone". In the metaphysical context, there arises a situation in the world, in which the area of settlement of the peoples of the territory will belong to the most important role in world social processes.
In General, future climatic changes in the world that have a serious danger to the very existence of the peoples of the world, require States and governments of today to be ready to act in crisis conditions the evolution of human civilization.
The world was gradually beginning to realize that the problems of the vulnerability of the ecological systems have become global threats and require immediate resolution. According to scientists, humanity is still able to cope with the consequences of climatic changes. Currently, only military spending of NATO countries reach a trillion dollars, which is 75% of the global cost of armed conflicts. Now this money would be enough to stop the unfavourable development of the ecological situation in the world.
