Why the U.S. can print as many dollars as needed?

In many countries popular "conspiracy theory" according to which the Americans control of al-Qaeda, the leaders of the terrorist organizations - the CIA, the US blew up the twin towers. Of course, this is nonsense. In reality there is a system of managed conflict - a technology that emerged in the 18th and 19th centuries, and is actively applied by the USA today. Of course, the U.S. is not in control of al-Qaeda, this line capabilities they have.

But they can control it from the outside, controlling the international security system. Is only time to reallocate forces to strengthen the security system in some areas and weaken in others, as the terrorists will find and realize this window of opportunity. However, no direct directions and instructions there is no and can be no system of control, and the ability to manage. This technology is not new.

Analyze news about events in Syria. We have a coalition of warlords that form the "rebel forces", a predominantly Sunni orientation. They are extremely diverse and are funded by the surrounding Sunni powers Qatar and Saudi Arabia supports the Sunni Turkey and Jordan, providing organizational support. All these countries have United against the Alawite ruling elite of Syria as an ally against Shiite Iran. What in this situation, the behavior of the United States? USA play out a complex and not very clear from outside the game by declaring some opposition groups representatives of the rebels against the tyranny of the people, others – "cells of al-Qaeda" trying to use people's outrage in extremist and terrorist purposes. One comes help, until the weapons, the commanders are included in the other lists of goals for American drones in the region. There is no doubt that the US could easily put pressure on their vassals in the region – Qatar and Saudi Arabia - to cut off financing and support one desirable commanders. Thus the United States can control the armed opposition to Bashar al-Assad, even if all of it is absolutely anti-American.

A good analogy such indirect control – the explosions. You can't directly control the explosions, but, dosing the supply of fuel and leaving an outlet for the expanding gases, you can create a rocket engine.

The struggle between the USSR and Britain for where to direct the aggression of Hitler (West or East) is a classic example of failed attempts of band management of uncontrolled power. The British Empire actively used this technology in the 18th and 19th centuries. Especially in the heyday, when the British controlled 25% of the globe, with an army numbering one hundred and fifty thousand people. This British control was carried out by way of building complex structures of balance conflicting interests. For example, created a state with historically conflicting groups. The situation was controlled by supporting one side or another. The legacy of these old conflicts – modern map of the Middle East, especially countries such as Iraq, Pakistan, Syria and Israel with Palestine. (Note that the most sustainable and the independent States of the region – Iran, Egypt, Turkey - exist in their ancient historical borders). From the outset, the British created a situation where conflict was inevitable. Reducing or increasing pressure on one side or the other, they directed the conflict in the right direction. The point of creating a state like Iraq, that in him were combined together the three forces - the Kurds, the Sunnis and the Shiites, who under no circumstances fail to come to agreement. This means that Iraq can easily be controlled from the outside by supporting one side or another. Moreover, by playing the Kurdish card, you can always affect Turkey and sunnersta-Shia - Saudi Arabia and Iran. In this case, and in Iraq (prior to 1990), and in Syria are religious minorities, which makes the situation even more easily managed from the outside.

After the Second world war this technology successfully began to apply the United States because Britain has lost its global military presence in the world. During the Second world war, the British gave the US its military bases in exchange for military support – Roosevelt delivered 50 destroyers and other military equipment. Global military presence in all regions of the globe – a key point. It is due to his British Empire, and since the mid-twentieth century – the USA can control the situation. The UK as the metropolis did not have enough economic resources to maintain an army, economic power passed to the United States. Only a strong economy can support a powerful war machine.

The mechanism of global managed conflict is very costly, because it requires a global military presence. But this presence not only provides a way to manage conflict, but also provides a unique economic opportunity. In particular, the dollar is the global reserve currency due largely to global military presence and control over the world situation in the power key. Not by chance together with the transfer of U.S. military bases has occurred and the actual change of the global reserve currency from the British pound to the US dollar.

The Balkan conflict zone, "the new Europe" in the EEC give US powerful leverage over the EU through NATO, where the USA has a predominant influence.

Since the beginning of the 2008 crisis the fed has issued $ 2 trillion and continues the emission in the amount of $85 billion per month "to improve the situation." It turns out in fact that many countries have for decades built their foreign exchange reserves by selling its non-renewable natural resources, wasting human time and energy -- and all Americans can create a single keystroke on a computer at the fed. We save these dollars serious difficulty. And Americans don't even have to earn it – just to print. It is not necessary even to print – the issue occurs in the form of cash. They just clicked and bought, all that is necessary – field, company, real estate. While the rest of the world don't have to sell to buy dollars – they do it with joy. The only way to protect themselves from the influx of the dollar is to buy it (otherwise the weakening dollar will undermine competitiveness). In addition, many countries, such as Japan, Switzerland, Singapore dreaming to weaken their currencies, and the only way to do this is to buy dollars. And military presence just need to convince the whole world that the dollar is stable, reliable and generally last resort.

From Euro the situation is different. If the dollar is much stronger than the US economy, the Euro is much weaker economy in Europe. This is due just to the fact that the EU does not have global military presence. While the Euro currency will not be a military-political component, it cannot claim the role of the dollar.

With Russia easier. Two conflict zones of the Caucasus and Central Asia. Quite USA push the activity of the Islamists in these two areas and Russia will find itself in an extremely difficult position. So the levers of pressure on Russia is ready.

If we proceed from the concept of controlled conflict, it is clear why the US is willing to support instability in Eurasia. In each case the reasons may be different (Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Syria, etc.), but the result is overall beneficial to the United States geopolitically:

  • The arc of instability stretches across Eurasia, from Morocco to Indonesia and the Philippines;
  • The US remains in splendid isolation from the festering zone of chaos;
  • The United States is unparalleled in the world of global electronic surveillance system "Echelon" that allows you to control the world's information communications of all kinds;
  • The USA have a "whip" to control the chaos - a network of military bases and fleet of drones – "drones", allowing them to eliminate individual leaders and to weaken separate groups;
  • The USA have a "carrot" - the system of indirect support of extremist Islamist groups (the main striking force of "chaos") through their dependent modes Saudovskoy Arabia and Qatar (hard to believe in the absence of a relationship between the activity of Qatar in the Arab spring and its seat in the capital of Qatar, a key U.S. military base in the middle East).

Technology managed conflict can undermine or weaken any other currency except dollar. And since the whole financial world knows about this possibility, he sees a dollar in the right key.
