History repeats itself: everything goes to the resignation of XI Jinping?
Material posted: Publication date: 05-08-2018
"Everything becomes similar to the events of 40 years ago, as before I retired Goffena Hua (Hua Guofeng)", — with emotion tells me over the phone by a senior member of the Communist party of China (CPC).

"I look forward to how events will unfold at the party conference in Beidaihe in August," said a party official, who asked to remain anonymous. He is considered close allies of the former President of China Hu Jintao (Hu Jintao) and subjected to harassment by faction , XI Jinping, in the form of threats of holding against him the party of the investigation.

Some oddities in the "dictatorial regime of XI Jinping", according to him, appeared from the beginning of June. In recent years, increasing the number of days when the name of President XI Jinping is not mentioned on the front page of state Newspapers, including Renmin Ribao, the newspaper organ of the Communist party of China. In addition, in many cities, especially in Beijing and Shanghai, are removed banners with quotes from President XI, such as "Chinese dream" and "Goal updates of the great Chinese nation," which previously hung on pedestrian bridges and other public places. It is also noteworthy that the presence of the Prime Minister Li Keqiang (Li Keqiang), which distanced itself from the politics of the si, is now becoming more visible in Chinese society.

The arrival of the Premier of the State Council of China Li Keqiang

Prime Minister Li met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel when he visited Berlin in early July. Immediately after that Liu Xia (Liu Xia), wife of the late Nobel peace prize laureate Liu Xiaobo (Liu Xiaobo), whom Chinese authorities held under house arrest for many years, received permission to leave China and fly to Germany. This caused a barrage of criticism.

In order to strengthen the one-party dictatorial rule of the Communist party, XI has always taken a tough stance against democratic movements and human rights defenders. The fact that it was held at the initiative of Prime Minister Lee, according to some party sources can be interpreted as an indication that the absolute power of si in the core of the Communist party may have started to deteriorate.

The trade war that erupted between the US and China in March, has dealt a serious blow to the Chinese economy. Many factories in coastal cities of China were forced to stop work, while stock prices fell sharply. Si, if anything, was negotiating with Washington, together with Deputy Prime Minister Liu he (Liu He), one of his closest associates, always acting on his behalf. However, all attempts to defend the interests of China ended in failure.

Subsequently, the sense of the need for urgent action has spread in the Communist party. Its members feared that the Chinese economy "can fail" if you do not stop trade war with the United States. Moreover, it was suggested that the expansionist approach President XI in carrying out the policy of the sea, which sparked the flame of Chinese nationalism, should be responsible for the occurrence of a trade war with the United States.

According to well informed sources, the party elders such as Jiang Zemin (Jiang Zemin), Hu Jintao, Zhu Junge (Zhu Rongi) and Wen Jiabao (Wen Jiabao) in early July sent a joint letter to the leadership of the party. They urged the party leadership to conduct a review of the economic and diplomatic policies. Despite high-rating success of the administration of si over the last few years, the letter notes that the party has many problems, including the tendency to develop a personality cult and left radicalism. These negative effects, as outlined in the letter, "should be corrected as quickly as possible."

These warnings remind us of the circumstances of 1976, when Hua Guofeng, has established himself as the Supreme leader of China and the successor to Mao Zedong. Then he moved forward, using dogmatic economic policies and making an icon. These actions led to conflict with such the oldest and most prestigious member of the party, like Deng Xiaoping (Deng Xiaoping).

The official visit of Vladimir Putin to people's Republic of China

However, the influence of Hua has been gradually easing after its policy was rejected at the plenary session of the CPC Central Committee held in late 1978. After the plenary meeting he persisted, but his aides began to lose their positions one by one. Hua was forced to leave the political scene, and resigned his post about three years later.

From late July to mid-August in the summer resort of Beidaihe in Hebei province is planned to hold a key meeting of the political elites of China with the participation and party elders. There is a possibility of the collision force-enabled si with the forces that oppose him. As noted by the veteran party: "it is Regrettable, but this time, unlike 1978, among the opponents of b in the Communist party is not strong policy, comparable to Deng Xiaoping".

Thus, the question about whether to oust from the leadership of XI Jinping remains unclear.
