The citizen of the USA Vensja "Vensi Man (Wenxia«Wency»Man) and the citizen of China Chzhan Sinshen (Zhang Xinsheng) are accused of attempt of purchase with the subsequent export to China BPLA MQ-9 Reaper of company General Atomics, aviation engine F135 of company Pratt and Whitney for fighter F-35, engine F119 of the same firm for F-22 and engine F110 of company General Electric for fighters F-15 and F-16. According to preliminary data, criminals collected to provide their export through Hong Kong, Israel or South Korea. In realisation of criminal plans by suspect the agent of the American special services working under cover within the limits of operation, begun in 2011 has prevented.
Court charges are based that the given equipment is forbidden to export according to Rules of international trade operating in the USA by the weapon (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) which regulate export and import of production of military and double appointment.
Vensja Man was born in China and has obtained citizenship of the USA only in 2006. She is a vice-president of the family firm specialising on manufacturing of the newest capacitors for the subsequent export. Her have arrested on September, 1st, 2015, and now it is in Broward County Main Jail. The second accused on the given case, Chzhan Sinshen, according to the authorities, - the official agent on purchase of the military equipment for the government of China. Man has described podelnika as «the technological spy buying the information at Russia and other countries that China could receive modern technologies, without being engaged in own researches».
