"MVR": Viktor Pavlovich, apparently, you and the Sevastopol Maritime community can be congratulated with the beginning of the realization of a dream – creating a historical copy of brig "mercury". The legendary ship, the commander of the brave, heroic team, an unmatched feat that shocked the world. It's great that two hundred years later, the memory of the heroism of the command of the brig "mercury" is alive and will so deservedly noted.
– Our people – a people-a warrior and a worker, and our history is such that a formidable military valor Russian sailor does not fade for centuries. An unequal battle of a small brig with two enemy battleships, one of which was also the flagship of this series. The idea is to restore the legendary brig came back in 2010. But with the return of Russia in Sevastopol and Crimea, with the revival of the black sea fleet, the situation has changed dramatically – today, the dream becomes a reality.
