He was born in 1968 in Moscow. In 1987-1989 I served in the Soviet Army in troops of air defense. In 1991 I finished MINH of G. V. Plekhanov. I worked in commercial structures. Candidate of Economic Sciences (2004, "Social and economic safety of modern Russia").
Area of interests: tendencies of development of modern means of armed struggle, their application during the local conflicts. The coauthor and the author of several books and articles on military subject.
